I stayed at the Wehrle to avoid driving back home in a snowstorm. So I had no reservation, and had not scouting anything out, beforehand. Knowing nothing about it, I saw the Wehrle from the parking space I had acquired, and I chanced that they might have a room available in Winter. They had one left, and it seemed to... More

Very, Very pretty historic restaurant! Food was excellent and the Tempranillo wine was also delicious if you like a dry red. One of the best meals we had!

This centrally located hotel has been most tastefully restored. My room had a 'juliet' balcony overlooking the street. The room was rather hot, there having been an unexpected unseasonable burst of hot 32C weather so they provided a fan. Breakfasts were enjoyable and on two of our four night stay we had excellent dinners.

Centrally located, spacious room, comes with access to spa! Staff very friendly and happy to change out down pillows and comforter for hypoallergenic. Very much enjoyed staying here and exploring all that Triberg has to offer.

The restaurant is very beautiful inside and the menu is beautifully presented. The food we had was however a bit disappointing for the price: the medium rare steak was a bit dry. The osso bucca was good. The smoked trout was very good. However, neither of the meat dishes wowed us. Service was a bit slow, as mentioned in other... More

When we went in the afternoon, the place was pretty empty, but the service still took quite a while. Other than that the food was good and the prices reasonable, about 30 euros per pax

The hotel is in a central location. It is a little difficult to find/gain access, with the hotel occupying on the top floor of the building. Don't however let this put you off. We stayed B&B, the breakfast was really good with plenty of choice for all. Recommended.

Delicious food, great service, not too pricy. Nice dining room with an old vintage feel. Desert menu could be a bit more elaborate.

We lived at the hotel and had dinner at the restaurant. The food was great but the service was very slow. I got the feeling that the staff was going between to restaurant, the bar and the lobby, doing all work on 2-3 people. I took almost one hour to get the food and at first we got the wrong... More
