A local friend recommended this place and we enjoyed it very much. We ate outside on a very pleasant evening. The location near the Place Bellecour is beautiful and relaxing. The waiter was friendly and helpful. We found the 2 course menu to be a very good value with good quality food and large portions. We tried the game and... More

We come here every time we have guests and you can't go wrong. the Menu du jour is always good and the price is very reasonable given the amount of food you get. Great for lunch or dinner.

Good food and value for money for the set lunch. Relaxing lunch in an enclosed glass house and one of the waiter Alexis service was excellent too.

This restaurant is keeping the crowds coming in due to its famous namesake. The fish soup was cold, the fillet of beef was tough and the wines by the glass whilst ok, they were nothing to rave about. The service was quick and prompt, but I won't be eafting here again. Expensive for what we had

This restaurant is one of 5 restaurants that I know of that are owned by Paul Bocuse in Lyon. The world gastronomic capital. This particular restaurant is fairly casual. Situated near place Bellecour in Lyon. The service is friendly and the food is absolutely great. The menu is a menu for the South of France and fish is as fresh... More

We had white asparagus with a mustard sauce. The asparagus were not of the best quality. I had the vegetarian pasta and my husband had fish. It was good, but not wow - not Paul Bocouse.

I was lucky to arrive a bit early and got a place in the veranda without having previously reserved. I had the three course menú for 26€ which was ok, not many things to choose from, but fine anyway. The service was very professional and attentive, a real pleasure to watch them do their job. The restaurant is next to... More

Lyon is Bocuse country, and one cannot leave without sampling some of his cuisine. For those of us without the stamina or the appetite for his glorious premier location, he offers a number of brasseries around Lyon. We chose Le Sud. The service is friendly-casual; they open at 7pm for dinner; the menu is very reasonable and highly seasonal; each... More

This is a more casual restaurant of the grandfather of French chefs Paul Bouclouse....located near Bellcour Square by the river and the big colorful floral sculpture. Great service with Dolly and the fixed price menu was reasonable and delicious. We had the lamb. Very fresh ingredients.....

The glassed-in terrace part of the resto is a perfect place to do some people-watching and enjoy good plates from the south of France. Very romantic.
