Menu a la Carte with fresh ingredients and according season tastes. French food and modern Style. The tables are very close each other (Of course, thits is France!) but service is always nice and friendly and the ambient is cozy. Possible full tasting menu at very good value. Trying this yourg Chef will lead to a nice experience.

Rue Merciere is 'the' dining street in Lyon and we happened to be there on a Friday night before new year without a booking. First mistake! We'd been recommended Le Layon at a winebar down the road and somehow luck was with us and they managed to squeeze us in. It doesn't look like much from the outside but we... More

Walked in on Sat for lunch, and were lucky to get a spot.As per the movies, we got the table between the kitchen and the toilet!!. TAKE it and don't complain. We were lucky, as ten minutes after us, the waiting list went to 45 minutes, and people did wait!! Service was a bit slow at the start, but, it was... More

We enjoyed a nice lunch here with my extended family on a recent trip & our visit to Lyon. 9 of us sat down @ an outside table to enjoy a mixture of soup, pizza's & a range of cheesy type meals. Whilst it was cool ,the heaters were on & a very pleasant time was had by all. Service was... More

David our waiter really made our evening for dinner. He was incredibly friendly and spoke very good english. The food was also very good. Seems like it is a "French thing" to bring the bill late, but it wasn't too bad. We all enjoyed our food and would highly recommend coming here for dinner. Take your time, enjoy the meal,... More

Located amongst the main restaurant quarter in Lyon this was a good little choice. The menu is large with good choices and the menu of the day was affordable and enjoyable. Service was attentive and enjoyable.

This was our first meal in Lyon after a lot of time in Paris. We were here for a late lunch so chose salads for each of us. Copious and delicious! While we waited, we were served a little foie gras "amuse-bouche" that was so nice in the mouth. It wasn't a busy time so the waiter had lots of... More

Right in the middle of Lyon's Rue Merciere, seated outside, with very friendly customer service (which actually spoke to us in Spanish and English!...very rare in Lyon). We had a great 13,50€ menu for lunch with main and dessert; the main was good and the desserts were delicious! Can't wait to go back!

Thank Spanaussie
