Although the dessert was not bad, we very very disappointed when we compared the ravioli for the kids menu, and those for an adult. Basically exactly the same dish, with the only difference that 2 slices of smoked salmon were just laid on top of the ravioli. Considering the price, I would not recommend to go there.

Traditional decor, food and service put together and a very pleasant mix. Try one of the local dishes such as the tiny ravioli.

A brilliant accidental find on a cold January afternoon. Food was excellent, wine was delicious and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. Full of locals, students, workers, tourists just a great local place.

Only stopped for coffee (out of serving hours for meals) but loved the interior here. Very old fashioned style well maintained. Service to the table. We ordered in French but waiter had good English.

Famous cafe, located on a beautiful old square. Food was good, but not great, service was ok, but unpersonal. Touristy place and people come for the location and the history, but not for the food is my opinion.

was here on a sunday night because quite a lot in grenoble is closed. quite a bad idea because is seems like every tramp in grenoble had the same idea. there was some guy sitting on a coffee in front of my table spitting into a bottle every 10minutes. It really turned me off my meal which was otherwise good,... More

Nice place to visit at Grenoble, just in front of the old court of justice, the 2nd oldest cafe-brasserie of France, with a menu card with savoyan ( Savoie) specialities
