While staying overnight we found this place on TA. We were not disappointed. Very nice meal with superior service. I had foie gras for a starter and as one would expect in France it was WOW and the portion was really huge. We had both been at several parties in Austria for business in the past week with a lot... This place looks like another rustic, homey, touristy chalet-like restaurant, but don;t be fooled. The food is simply amazing. It's also very centrally located. We'd go back in a heartbeat. The staff are also friendly and attentive without ever being too present. Highly recommended.

Well balanced and enjoyable meal. I had the snails, tatar and soufflé, my partner had goats cheese, salmon and rum barbar. Starters and mains were excellent, everything was well balanced, the portions were a good size and it felt like great value Point just dropped for the deserts, which were ok, just not up to the standard of the two... This is great cooking with a good choice of dishes. It is well run with one waitress having everything in control. A good choice of wines. Highly recommend--book as it is popular.

We ended the TMB experience with one of the best meals ever. White wine, Freshly baked bread, Tomato Soup starter, Lamb, Sea Bass and Scallops followed by Freshly baked Apple crumble and home made Vanilla Ice Cream. Every dish was delicious and the service great. Well priced for the quality of food. Definitely a spot to come back to when... More

Based on reviews we'd seen, we tried this lovely restaurant as a birthday treat for one of the family and it turned out to be a great choice. The menu was varied yet "different". The appetiser of a Beaufort cheese "creme brûlée" was a revelation, and les escargots were rated as the best my wife had ever eaten. Delicious main... More

Selected this restaurant based on the ratings on TA and the fact they pride themselves in fresh seasonal food. Service was just o.k. but the food was excellent. I had my favorite escargot and then scallops for my main dish. The portions were generous and the value was excellent. I highly recommend this dining option in Chamonix.

A couple runs it with the wife serving. Quietly efficient. Very reasonable with good food and wine. Friendly and helpful. Need to look for it, its in the centre of town but upstairs so get directions. Would certainly go with the family here.
