My daughter, who has celiac disease, and I ate dinner here twice while in Chamonix. Absolutely loved it. Best meals in Chamonix. Warm, friendly Italian owners and nice atmosphere. Miss it already!

Would not recommend. Service was very slow and waiter did not write down the order and then proceeded to get some of the orders wrong. Very nice setting although food was average at best and staff were rude. Far better restaurants in Chamonix in my opinion.

A lovely wooden farm building has become a friendly vegan, gluten free, vegetarian or farm-fresh meat restaurant in a chalet. Their website under-sells the caring staff, the range of menu choices, lovely interior and fair prices.

First off, the service at this restaurant was very good! The staff was both attentive and friendly. Secondly, I love the philosophy of this restaurant. They take great care of offering eco friendly, local and organic ingredients. Also they pay a lot of attention to vegan and vegetarian. The food was well cooked, however I had the misfortune not to... More

This has been one of my favorite restaurants in Chamonix! Love the family and the service is outstanding. It's a bit off the beaten path in Chamonix Sud, but its definitely worth a trip!

Set in a chalet building full of wood, so atmospheric. Staff very friendly and welcoming. The menu offers gluten free options, mostly locally sourced and organic. Great menu choices. Not overly expensive either for a ski resort. The quality of the food was delicious.

We ate here en famille (3 of us) on the last night of our ski holiday, after a couple of indifferent meals in Chamonix. A large two floor converted farm ten minutes walk from the centre of Chamonix. Very warm welcome, no wait even though this was half term, and a choice of two good tables. Tables are large and... More

Do you like to wait 90min for your main course? Do you like to leave a restaurant hungry and probably with the feeling of having been ripped off quite a bit? Then restaurant l'impossible is just your place.
