Both the formal restaurant and the "Bistro" are excellent. Might be a bit pricey for some, but worth every Euro! Dining in the garden is priceless.

Having been a guest of L'Oasis for the Past 13 years, not a single time I have been disappointed by this gourmet hidden gem far away from Cannes. Save room after your meal for the dessert cart which is absolutely terrific. Mr Philippe, the Maitre...More

We have been to L'Oasis s few times over the past few years, but recently their prices seem to have inflated drastically. The food is beautifully presented but they seem to have an obsession with Indian and Japanese flavours- the gravadlax was covered in wasabi...More

Bistro L'Etage at L'Oasis opened in 2009 and must offer some of the best value on the Riviera. Here, a Two-Michelin Star brigade offers you a short menu of bistro favourites. First courses @ 9 Euros, main courses @ 16 Euros or a full three...More

We had an excellent lunch here. The food and service were very good. The lunch menu is also very good value. I'm not sure how exactly to describe the dining room... it was kind of like dining in a really nice garden centre, so more...More

La Napoule was once a tiny fisherman’s village, nestled in the heart of the bay of Cannes. That is where Chefs Stephane, Antoine and Francois Raimbault chose to settle down. There, in the shade of century-old plane trees, in a luxuriant patio of exotic vegetation, is the Oasis, the glamorous two-Michelin-star restaurant.

At the break of dawn, Stephane Raimbault heads to the Cannes Forville market. He selects
the day’s best fish and vegetables that make his cuisine truly Mediterranean, yet tinted with very personal Asian influences. Yes, the Chef spent nine years working in the Land of the Rising Sun… a perpetual source of inspiration he shares with his brother Antoine, behind the stoves of the Oasis. The result : a gastronomy that respects the freshest produce, anchored in our beautiful Mediterranean terroir, yet always inclined to make you travel!

On the sweet side, Pastry Chef Francois Raimbault’s « Caravane des Desserts » lets you into a world of seasonal tarts, pastries and cakes while Head Sommelier Pascal Paulze develops a wine list with some of France’s rarest biodynamic vintages.

Member of the prestigious Relais & Chateaux association, the Oasis defends a gastronomy where only taste matters, where excellence should not overshadow simplicity and warmth. With the Michelin-star Oasis, the new bistrot « L’Etage », the pastry shop and the Oasis cooking school, the Raimbault brothers have created a word dedicated to gourmet temptation… you will not be able to resist!
