Tried this resto based on previous reviews. Menu is limited, yet there were several options for us to choose from. Each dish was original and well presented. We were very pleased with all of our choices and the waiter/owner recommended a wonderful well priced wine. We dined in the cave and in warmer months there is an outside terrace. While I... More

This restaurant is tucked away on a side street and not easy to find, however it is really worth seeking out. We had a delicious lunch with good local wine at a very reasonable price and the service was swift and unobtrusive. The subterranean dining room was the perfect place to escape from a cold February day!

Wonderful meal arrived around 7:30 without a reservation The waiter/owner had been to Montreal where we live in the past and was very friendly.. The meal was three course and cost us 37 euros each. We paid for a bottle of rose, two pastis and the total cost was under 100 euros for two combined. I recommend this resto to... More

We were in 3 friends, the menu for dinner is 27euro for entre and plat or plat and dessert. Everything was simply perfect, we tried foie gras (best one in lifetime), agneau (same) and banana caramelised. With wine and coffee we spent 37 euro each, but we would have even paid more for what we have eaten, seriously... Go here... More

Lunch time special was very good value and quite special meal (19 euro). Got starter goat cheese with salad or roasted eggplant with balsamic vinegar and herb dressing, rost duck breast filet with sweet potato mash and asparagus, followed by tiramissu desert. Very satisfying meal of good quality. Location is excellent if you can get outside table, but the inside... More

The restaurant is a few streets east from Hotel de ville and it's off the main street. When we arrived at the restaurant we were greeted by the waiter at the door. He then took time and explained the whole menu in English before he lead us to the basement. Underground it is a whole new different ambience. Let's say... More

We had the formule midi, which was 2 choices in starter and 2 choices in main dish. The option was either meat or fish. The food was excellent and the portions satisfying. It seems that a limited choice really benefits the quality as everything was very well cooked and presented and the products were fresh. Would definitely recommend this restaurant... More
