Went here with my other half, we had the 3 course menu for 35 Euro, and was delicious! I had the Gambas and Seabass, and OH has Fois Grois and Fillet, lovely wine too!

Have been at least 4 times for work dinners. The design is rich and romantic, but the food sways between somewhat edible and good. Giving 2 points for the one time the food was good.

Large group (16 people) but we were able to enjoy the meal. Food was very good and the service was excellent.

We went with a group of colleagues and took the menu, with several options to pick for starter, main and dessert. I opted for gazpacho and tuna, both very tasty and nicely presented on the plate. As dessert I took the cheese selection. All very...More

We went down town for the sales and we had lunch at this nice restaurant located in a cellar underground, finely decorated with authentic red bricks in the form of a dome (typical cellar of middle age period). The food was very good although not...More

We had read a lot of positive reviews and we decided to try it out for ourselves. And we were not disappointed! Getting there is not as difficult as some have suggested. Viamichelin suggested 3 alternatives how to get there from our hotel in Place...More

The setting in a cave is absolutely beautiful and sets this restaurant immediately apart. Service is efficient and friendly. They have a very good value dinner menu with plenty of choice (seldom seen a set menu with so much choiceà though there are also some...More

French food is usually bland and boring for Asians who are used to well seasoned foods. This was recommended by Airbus when my husband went there for training. It did not disappoint. Beat ambiance , prompt service and food was delicious. Highly recommended!!!

Although it is central in the city, this restaurant is not one you’ll walk past and like the look of – it is on a small side street, in a courtyard and downstairs. The atmosphere is nice though, in the cellar, it has a great...More

This was our fourth or fifth visit over many years. The atmosphere/ambiance is still superb, the service was slow, but efficient when it appeared. The menu was disappointing: shrimp, salmon, foie gras, veal, beef steak, cassoulet, cabaillaut. My shrimp dish looked good but was tasteless...More

Description
Les Caves de la Marechale restaurant lies in the very heart of ancient Toulouse, in historic vaults built on even older ruins. These were the cellars of 13th century Domincan priory that survived many turns of fortune until forming this charming restaurant of exposed bricou, classical statuary, modern, comfortable seating, white table linens and effective pools of light. The menu is traditional Toulousian broadened with global influences all presented in beautiful arrangements in gastronomic style. There are dishes like aubergine caviar with pesto and parmesan, classic cassoulet in the local style, and famously naughty desserts. The service is fine, but its the magical surroundings that make Les Caves unforgettable.
