It sits along the river and is easy to get to. Meals were OK as advertised and prepared as requested. Service was good and the staff was friendly. There were a large number of restaurants to choose from in the area -so- some stiff competition.

The food is in this restaurant is probably one of the worst I have ever eaten in. I ordered "Pizza paysanne", essentially a soft, squashy pizza "crust", topped with an about 1cm (that is not an exaggeration) thick layer of cheap, chewy, tasteless rubber ("mozzarella") and a few slices of "prosciutto crudo" (nothing to do with the real thing, contained... Most restaurants on the quai are oriented towards large groups who will drink a lot and not pay much attention to the food. This is one of them.

After having read poor reviews on Tripadvisor really had no intention of coming here! I wouldn't go as far as to say we're really glad we did but would say that there were no problems and it was fine. We ended up on a Monday night with so many other restaurants closed and a miserable evening with no outside seating... More

A budget eatery on the quay in Verdun but the quality of the food left a lot to be desired. The steak we had was okay but that's about all. Service was slow, the restaurant very noisy. It's typical of verdun's tourist geared restaurants but there are better places. The auberge de la tour for example. If you want a... More

The salad I had was enormous; loads of salmon and shrimps. A bit too much, however, and not too refined.

Go your way! Food isn't good and seems to be industrial, service is a desaster... And not friendly! However, with not too expansive meals and a huge terrace, there's a lot of pigeons sitting outside. I won't be back there! It's just a trap for tourists. Walk 1000ft more to find a real restaurand.

OK, first off they didn't get it right EVERY time. But we ate hear almost every night we stayed, so that's probably 6 times. So lets get my gripe out of the way first! I tried the speacialite steak of the house one night, supposedly a prime cut of steak from their top rated butcher cooked to my liking. It... More

My husband and I ate there on two consecutive nights. (Partly because there was nothing else in the area open) The portions are huge, the food was good. The restaurant tables are extremely crowded and service is slow, at best, but the selection of food and price were right. I ordered mussels and a steaming bowl full of mussels (without... More
