Good food well served in a cosy setting. Unfortunately during our visit a large group of tourist made any kind of discussion almost impossible. I hope to retest in a quieter environement.

We found Le Vintage rather easily, tucked away in a corner and very busy. We managed to get a table inside - as it looked better and cooler than outside. Lovely staff who were most helpful. We began with a cod flan with tomato sauce, this was really good. Then I had the John Dory and my husband had the... More

For you who love the little French restaurant with great food at a good price- this is an excellent place. Lunch top menu of 27 Euros with 3 courses. I pick the most non-standard choices for they will display their best of the kitchen. Brandade de Morue. St. Pierre Roti. Iced Lemon Meringue. Good local wine

Glad we booked as every table was taken by the time we left. Excellent food and very good service and the price wasn't bank busting either. Would eat here again next time I'm in Nimes

We took the Eur 27 menu and it was great value given the outstanding quality of the food. It was the best filet de boeuf I have ever tasted in France and the others also highly recommended the St Pierre fish fillet, the tatami de thon and all the deserts! So why only 4 stars? It was disappointing there was... More

We enjoyed a delicious dinner. Situated at a nice corner in Nimes center, we entered this restaurant on the bonne-foi. We had to be seated indoor, as the tables outside where fully booked. This was not a disappointment as the interior is also nice in vintage style. We took both the 27 euro menu, the full choice of the menu.... More

Had a very lovely lunch here. Not bad at all. Parsnip puree was jolly tasty. No wine in jugs but bottles good nonetheless.

The location is very good, an unmissable corner in Nimes. We waited a little bit to sit outside, anyway we had wine meanwhile. I appreciated the kindness and "savoir faire" of the staff; very good starters and great fillet of beaf, and of course a bottle of rosé wine. We spent just couple of hours in Nimes, and we made... We were in Nimes just for one night and the choice of (touristy) restaurants is sheer endless. Glad to have found a gem of French cuisine. The food surprises with the tastes and combinations without overly challenging your mind with too many choices. Reasonably priced.

We enjoyed a fabulous dinner in very pleasant surroundings at Le Vintage. A highlight for me was a vegetarian main course - imaginative and absolutely delicious. Wine list and service were both excellent. We would highly recommend this restaurant.
