The menu is expensive - and the food disappointing. Each course offers very little vegetables, so you end up with a plate of rice and some meat. Or, if you choose a vegetarian dish, a big bowl of rice and a handful of vegetables. If you're looking for some quality thai food, this is not your place. If you're looking... More

This is really a spot that parisian go on "date night" Rose petals everywhere, intimate tables and candlelight. Romantic spot with better than average Thai food. Nicely presented but not great value, you are paying for the atmosphere, which is very good

Visited this little Thai restaurant last year and had to come back. The menu is an excellent size, just a core selection of fantastically cooked food. Beef salad, satay curries all delicious. The environment is also wonderful, very cosy and friendly. If you want it quiet, ask for ground floor, upstairs has more tables and a more buzzy atmosphere. Service... More

I have been many times to this restaurant. It is truly traditional Thai food. I love it really spicy so they make the meal the way I want. Everything is delicious. The atmosphere is friendly and cosmopolitan. I appreciate specially one of the deserts... Lotus Seeds in Tapioca Pudding . Another way to touch Heaven ! Great with Champagne or... More

Comfortable little restaurant with great food and amazing desserts...specifically the tapioca with lotus. We went back a second time at my daughter's request on a different trip because she wanted this dessert which we have never been able to find anywhere else. It is really excellent and one serving is plenty for two people. Prices are a bit high and... More

We'd booked a table at 7.30 with no other constraints. However when we arrived (on time) we were told we had to be gone by 8.30! It was a shame as the food was great but it somewhat spoiled the experience!

We were craving some Asian food for dinner and we were lucky to find Au Petit Thai. My mother and I both had delicious (and generously sized!) Pad Thai, and my brother really enjoyed his chicken green curry. We tried the tapioca dessert which was really great! Overall a really lovely meal.

We needed something different, fresh, fragrant and fabulous and this restaurant delivered. Quiet, popular and excellent service saw us fully sated. We took the 32€/person deal which included a very nice wine and came away satisfied. Take your appetite, you will need it. You won't be disappointed.

Staying in Le Marais

Neighbourhood Profile
Le Marais
The Marais is a winding maze of multi-faceted streets that beg to be explored. It bursts with small boutiques, historic buildings, cozy traditional restaurants, and hidden parks. Around each corner, you'll come across little gems of architecture spanning the centuries, from understated medieval towers to classical libraries and 17th century splendour. This neighbourhood unites a rich mix of people of all ages, but it's best known for the gay scene mostly in the south and the Jewish community around Rue des Rosiers.
