Great cafe on the small pedestrian street, rue Cler. Good food, friendly staff, efficient service and reasonable prices. Great place to watch the people go by!

Do you know when you say to yourself after going somewhere, I could´ve been to somewhere better! My girlfriend and I walked in, greeting the some of the staff with bounjour, and just 2 replied. They saw us waiting for the waiters and acted like we were not there (on that moment we were very uncorfortable and about to leave)... More

Noisy, crowded, mostly locals, lots of ambiance, good food and wine at very reasonable prices. We had the duck confit which was very good. The sautée potatoes that accompanied the confit were out of this world. The 5E glass of wine was excellent. Our 36E tab, including wine, gave us much more enjoyment than some restaurants at 2 or 3 times... More

Nice spot to people watch. Stop for a drink or coffee in the front of this cafe or have a meal toward the interior as there is plenty of seating. Great service, we asked to modify some of our order and they readily complied. Nice, big, very fresh salads, also good pasta and desserts. Would eat here again

This great little café is only about 30m from our hotel. We would rather eat at this place than the hotel, as we got to be amongst the locals. Great croissants and coffee.

One of my favourite restaurants in Paris! Not specifically because of the food but because of the atmosphere and general brouhaha surrounding this restaurant! In the evening it's always busy! Go, it's worth the wait and sit outside! Aperol spritz is my favourite drink from here! The prices are decent and the area is much less touristy compared to other... More

Rue Cler used to be a wonderful market street. In the last years due to publicitiy it changed it profile and became very touristic. Still there are wonderful shops specializing in food. We love to come to the Caffe Du Marche for breakfast which is good and they are good at allowing me to go across the street to the... More

We ordered two Caesar Salads with Tandoori chicken. The only thing these Salads had in common with a Caesar salad is they both use lettuce! There was carrots, cabbage, string beans, couscous, and an oil and vinegar dressing. The salad wasn't bad, it just wasn't what we ordered.... The Tandoori chicken was extremely dry, however- like it had been sitting around... More

I have been ordering "steak frites" in Paris for four decades. We trekked 20 minutes to this place on a Rick Steves' recommendation... I ordered "steak frites" and got a hamburger patty. The frites only appeared after another request. And the waitress, who spoke a language not known to modern civilization, sent various hierarchy from the kitchen to resolve the... More
