A good restaurant for typical food, bistro ambiance. Good products, good wine, but not very inexpensive. "Menu du jour" is cheaper but still tasty. A lot of people at lunch time (I don't know at diner time). We went to Starbucks (50m away) for a...More

Was invited there by my French friend for lunch. When we arrive at noon, it was empty, but filled rapidly, so would recommend reservations. Started with an excellent soup, followed by a beautiful fish dish. A French bistro with a French clientele.

We had lunch here several times when we were in Paris two years ago and it was so good we looked forward to going back. Perhaps it was because we went for lunch on a Sunday that there was no menu du jour only a...More

Nicely perpared food. Freindly staff. The starter was nice and everything got better. Good wine for the lamb. Dessert was the perfect ending.

We had travelled to the Latin Quarter for the Carl Marletti lemon tarts - which were amazing. Since it was dinner time we found Au Bon Coin on TripAdvisor and decided to try it. We were both trying the specials - which were dishes we...More

Typical-looking Paris bistro with incredible food! I started with a delicious country pork pate, served with homemade pickles, then went on to have boudin blanc -- white sausage with mashed potatoes and sauce. I don't know what they put in it, but it was so...More

Great small restaurant with no English accents. Typically French food and good but limited selection of wines. I had soup followed by boudin blanc - both nicely presented but a little on the creamy side. Service is friendly and efficient.

Cycled across town from the 8th ARR on the Paris city bikes with my parents to this wonderful quaint little french restaurant. The service was excellent, the food brilliant, and wine was great too. Will be sure to visit again next I'm in Paris.

We were there between Christmas and the New Years Eve. The staff was very kind and swift, the house wine very good, and the plates we tried delicious: especially pate de foie, a smoked mackerel, and a plate based on coquille Saint-Jacques. Prices could be...More

When you first get in to this place you can be a bit thrown by the odd fusion dynamic and preference for offal-based food! Look beyond the service, though, and the place does brilliant seafood, often in lovely soups, at a very reasonable price and...More

Quartier Latin
The Latin Quarter bursts with intellectual life,
architectural splendour and ongoing merriment. The
small streets are filled with classical buildings,
student bars and lively eateries while the squares are
dominated by historic monuments. The area is defined
by the 800-year-old Sorbonne University, where Latin
once prevailed, and is famous for the Pantheon which
celebrates the great men and women of France. During
