My first lunch in Paris was at this lovely restaurant. The pricing is a little on the higher end, but well worth it. It seemed like most people here were on business lunches, so atmosphere was a little stuffy. The food however was amazing, as...More

Premium restaurant in the heart of Paris. Went there with a couple of colleagues for dinner. Given the size of the group we were offered a set menu with lots of tempting options. Ordered the foie gras and the beef and ended my meal with...More

Been there for a business dinner, its location is pretty impressive in a cozy, elegant, small square in Paris. Another extremely positive aspect is represented by the waiters, hundreds, all smart, well-mannered and impeccable. The negative sides: food is rather ok, surely not unforgettable, and...More

Food not up to standard for prices charged. Disappointing service. Staff were abrupt, forgetful and cold. Beautiful setting but disappointed

Gaillon Place is unknown, even by the most expert in the French capital. Even if your taxi driver brings you there, you are still unsure if you are on the right track. Anyway, this little cozy place is really parisien and you will suddenly find...More

On a warm Thursday evening late May we arrived towards 21.45 and immediately got a table for two. The semicircle in front of the restaurant’s entrance has some 15-20 tables, under garden umbrellas, secluded from the pedestrians and cars by a bamboo hedge. Avenue de...More

The restaurant was full of French people, which is always a good sign. The striking exterior, with the fountain of its name, is matched by a lovely wood-panelled room in which you eat. The food has good ingredients, and I enjoyed my langoustine ravioli and...More

The menu has a great flavour of the sea with many different oysters on offer. Although the service was not always totally attentive we had an excellent lunch. The celebrated owner should perhaps appear sometimes unannounced to keep the staff on their toes!

Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle
époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades,
and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here,
modern day workers continue to take advantage of the
legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th
century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and
cinemas sit side by side with French bistros

About 100€ for starter, main course, dessert and wine. There is a menu at 49€ (choice of 3 starters, 3 main courses and 3 desserts) but only for the lunch and drinks not include.
