First but not the last time. Amazing service, the perfect liberty of being in the hands of Pascal (the great chef) and Alexandre (the great sommelier) all expertly orchestrated by Christophe - the best restaurant conductor we know. What a delight not to have to...More

We're just home from a "significant" birthday trip to London and Paris, and among several Michelin-3-starred restaurants, we selected L'Astrance (propitiously) as THE birthday celebration meal. It was amazing on every level -- the atmosphere, the service, the food, the pacing -- everything was perfect....More

Even if you are the fussiest of foodies, this fabulous restaurant will knock your socks off. Order the surprise tasting menu and the surprise flight of wines and prepare to have the best culinary experience of your life.

We have lived near this restaurant for 3 years, since it is next to the school our kids use. So we have tried many times to get reservations, and have eaten there 5-10 times, mostly lunch. Unless you reserve way in advance, it's probably not...More

I had lunch at L'Astrance on the 6th of June. I arrived promptly at 12.30pm and was immediately seated and was served with the first amuse bouche. The tables and chairs were already arranged with the expected number of people and groupings. (There was one...More

We too found it impossible to get a booking despite using American Express Concierge starting months in advance and calling exactly as requested. I can only assume this is the French way of keeping something for themselves - and it sounds worth keeping. Fortunately many...More

I'm not one to flatter without cause and I must say this is one of my top food experiences in the "foodie for hire" restaurants. Pascal Barbot's food was impeccable. From start to finish there were no hiccups, blips, or false fare. We had the...More

Table booked by our hotel concierge prior to our arrival in Paris – slight mix-up on the time as on our arrival at the restaurant it wasn’t open so were asked to return in 30 mins (8.30pm). The restaurant decor is quite understated but the...More

Having read all the great reviews from this restaurant, I went to try to make a booking for 2 persons in April for a dinner date in early July. As a non-French speaker from Hong Kong, I asked Hotel Lancaster to make the booking for...More

I first visited L'Astrance five years ago and was very impressed by the quality of the food and the wine pairing. I just had to go back. It did not disappoint. There is no menu to speak of. The Chef chooses daily his ingredients and...More

This is the neighbourhood of grand and impressive

The dinner - full menu with around 10 dishes and deserts - for one person costs around 220 euros without wines. And same with wines around 350 euros. It was great!
