We went here on a recommendation. We liked the place but it was a little expensive. My sister had a beef dish but the meat was tough. I had a great salad. My husband had a fish dish and we had some other things we...More

At first we were made to feel welcome but then the mistakes and poor service followed. The wine ordered was brought to the table incorrect and then charged an additional 20 Euros for the privilege. The manager literally shouted and pushed a member of the...More

We were pleased to find this place close to our hotel. We liked that the menu had nice options without being degustation only or having all the tizz that many places are adopting. The atmosphere is very calm and elegant and it is a nice...More

Elegant atmosphere, very attentive staff, helpful wine selection at reasonable price, beautiful Cesar salad and great steaks! The wife's steak not done well enough and the cheerfully made it to her liking. Creme Brûlée was awesome. Not cheap, but hey, this is Paris!

We ate here our last couple of trips to Paris; thought we'd try it again, even though it's a bit expensive. We shared a mixed starter plate, which was good. My wife said that her meal was good, but mine was just so-so. Service was...More

As usual, the welcome and service were excellent. We were a little disappointed with the main course as my lamb was overcooked and my husband's fish was not to write home about. Another odd thing was their attempt with Lebanese food; not Noura but creative.

Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle

Hi - I have been lucky enough to visit Paris many times. Dress code is smart casual, generally. But the French are always well dressed, so don't be under dressed and don't wear jeans!!

Located in the Opéra neighbourhood, Le Drouant is a hot destination eatery – open 7 days a week – with five private rooms and a pleasant mezzanine. It is a real institution! Every year the famous Prix Goncourt takes place in one of the private rooms. You will appreciate its Brasserie ambiance and Art-Deco decoration married with a contemporary design.
