I called the restaurant in the afternoon for a booking. The food was amazing and we ended sitting beside Aerosmith. The service was just amazing. Very friendly. Highly recommend it!!

I wandered in here with a friend from SE Asia. We sat at the bar, which was lovely. Old style Paris atmosphere, with a roaring fire at the back , and cosy lighting. We shared a 'crudites' starter - fresh, generous, with a good dressing....More

This is kind of an institution in the Marais. It's known for its steaks. My wife and I went there tonight. I had the ribeye steak; she had the t-bone. I ordered it medium rare, and it arrived rare. The steaks can have gristle in...More

This has a friendly, intimate atmosphere with an open fireplace where your meat is cooked. We were warmly greeted by the owner when we arrived even though we didn't have a reservation and the place was pretty full. The meat servings were very generous and...More

Small, dark and cramped this is a restaurant to treasure for its cosy ambience and really good home cooking. Host Robert is in charge, a huge character in every sense, he's improbably perched on a bar stool right by the door and if you're name's...More

This is what I had imagined a French restaurant to be. Warm, inviting, cozy and filled with good simple food. If I lived in Paris this would be my regular date night place. Cooper pots hanging on the walls, ancient looking cast iron top fueled...More

Walked in for dinner and were afforded two spots at the bar in the lower area. We had the attention of both bartenders throughout our meal. The place was absolutely full of tourists, American, Korean, Italian, Canadian, you name it. Just don't fool yourself if...More

Be prepared for sharing a table, but you meet new friends and the food is great. Very English friendly and we really enjoyed ourselves.

Visited several times and always the same. No gimmicks, plain, good food at a reasonable price and with table sharing often a good encounter. Give it a go but book, it gets busy.
