Handsome contemporary decor and a very attentive service team. The food is quite good and priced commensurately with the location and the quality of service. Their wines are reasonably priced.

Very nice and fancy place but too crowded and expensive, the meals are not that good and you can't really take your time to eat; the service is too fast. I won't recommend the place

Went with friends. Service was ok. Just think it was a bit overpriced. My meat was really nice. Upstairs they have a balcony with music. It looked really fun. Decoration was beautiful.

Beautiful & a trendy vibe in this restaurant. The service and waiters made the experience for us. attentive, always smiling, yet very laid back & cool. Food was excellent. I had a pasta with truffle and mushroom, and a great glass of wine.

Overall, excellent food, service and ambiance. This trio normally costs much more in other places. We tried crab salad, scallops as starters and foie gras and duck as main dish. All dishes were v good. Wished for more variety in deserts though. Tried the Pavlova...More

Antique dealers and art galleries surround the fine
art school and small museums hide in unassuming

Serving the best cuisine from both sides of the channel, Alcazar restaurant and bar offers a very traditional French ambience in the famous Saint Germain de Près district near the School of Fine Arts. The glass ceiling fills the lower dining area with natural light and gives a bright and airy feel. The eclectic menu features primarily French cuisine, with produce such as Smoked Salmon or the House Foie Gras, not to mention the original Raspberry and Liquorice Vacherin dessert. A more contemporary atmosphere can be found on the mezzanine floor overlooking the restaurant, where you can sample the extensive cocktail list whilst listening to a diverse selection of house music from some of the best Parisian DJs. Another unique experience can be enjoyed on Monday night, where you can dine with the accompaniment of classical music from Véronique Chevalier and her musicians.
