For our family of Lozère origin a lunch at Auberge Aveyronnaise it's back to the roots. We like coming from time to time, 3 generations together, next to Bercy Village We always find a friendly atmosphere in the cosy, rustic decor with red and white checked table cloth, fireplace, stone pillars No discussion, it is certain, we are used to... We walked by this Restaurant on a previous visit to Bercy, so decided to book on our return. Booking is not totally successful - seems to work more on turn up basis. Anyway luckily Still a table for 4 available. Service excellent quickly seated with drinks. Good value Menu option for 22 Euro starter & main. Food was excellent although... More

A fabulous experience of the traditional kitchen of Aveyron.Chicken, duck, fish, pork or beef, you name it, they cook it. You have to try the mash potatoes,

Really enjoyed my visit here. Lots of locals out for a Friday evening so that is always a good sign. Good choice but wasn't brave enough to try the speciality which seemed to be a huge pan of mashed potato with cheese that was served like spaghetti. I enjoyed my poulet forestiere and a delicious mille feuille with pear. Very... More

I have been in this restaurant more than 10 times and it is my favourite french restaurant in Paris. Almost no tourists just french people enjoying some seriously good food! My preference Saucisses Aligot (pork sausage with mashed potatoes and cheese). The service is perfect, very friendly and very quick. The manager is also always around and keeping his eyes... More

We decided to try something a bit more "local" as Bercy Village was swarming with tourists. We walked around looking for some where to eat and came to this place, had a look at the menu and went in, no booking as it was around 7 pm. By 8.30 pm it was 3/4 full. We decided on confit duck, a French... More

Recommended by a French colleague this place offered not only great food but also good fun. The style is very traditional and the food tastes great. They don't care about cholesterol or diets here. Lot's of butter, garlic, cheese and large portions of meat. You have interesting combinations at a fixed price and special dishes require you to pay a... More

My wife and I just had dinner at the L'Auberge Averyonnaise and were truly delighted with the results. The lamb was amongst the best I ever had and my wife loved the duck. The service was exemplary and the overall atmosphere was a combination of family restaurant and first-class dining. While the atmosphere was quite laid back, the food was... More

Our hotel was nearby in Bercy Village and they recommended this place, just a five-minute walk away. Since we had spent the day in the heart of Paris sightseeing, we were happy to just stay nearby and not head back on the metro, This place fit the bill. A real nice neighborhood restaurant with VERY friendly service and hearty food.... More
