Simple, clean, fast, attentive. Food is good with nice flavours. The portions are good sizes. And price was perfectly fine. It's not high French cuisine. But the place has a friendly modern atmosphere. I would come back here. For the price it's very good.

We arrived at Gare de Lyon at lunchtime, and went looking for a nice restaurant away from the immediate station area. This restaurant had some nice tables towards the front, and so we went it. We didn't realise that it was Moroccan/Tunisian when we went in, as they do the usual French staples, but thought that we would stick with... More

Areas around major railway stations are always a bit of a challenge, so I immediately headed away from the immediate area around Hare de Lyon to get a meal and order an Uber. Checked out a few places and liked the look of Chez Leon. Not sure if Leon was there or ever existed but the staff were friendly enough... More

The meals are wonderful and generous. The chicken tangine was very flavorful and spicy. We have always had a great meal the numerous times we have eaten here.

Had our first dinner here while in Paris, made easier with the English menu provided when you ask for it. Service was very good and they were very attentive to your needs. I had a salmon dinner that included dessert and it was reasonably priced. Decor of restaurant was nicely done as we sat in front of the large glass... More

If you are up for some generous portions of couscous, then Chez Leon is the place to visit. One order of couscous is enough for two, but they don't encourage sharing...Our waiter was kind, and let us get by with one order, but it's not the norm. Prices are reasonable, portions are huge, couscous is delicious.

We were staying overnight near to Gare de Lyon to take an early morning train to Cannes. Without wanting to travel too far from the hotel and away from the typical French restaurants, we saw Restaurant Chez Lyon with its interesting North African menu and decided to give it a try - what a refreshing change. The restaurant was very... More

We ate here on a wet evening at the end of a rather tiring day and were pleased that we did. We only wanted a light dinner and selected an interesting cold 'Pananché' starter and a lovely piece of grilled Salmon with a delicious North African Ratatouille. The Algerian Gris Rosé wine was very acceptable and we spent just €49 for...
