Not easy to find a fish restaurant in Paris. This one is ok, not exceptional, in a residential area. Outdoor as well as indoor seating. Quality price ratio is reasonable, the service was OK.

The setup is nice and cosy, the people are very friendly and they made every effort to explain all the plates and help us choose what we liked best. The canard au vin rouge was excellent. The burger was really good and the beaf steak was good too. The deserts were delicious, although I would expect the chocolate soufle to... More
Like others we came by recommendation of Bistrotters when they were full for dinner and we were quite glad they tipped us off. Each part of the meal was a delight and the service shined. Our French wasn't that sharp, but the waiter described the menu and provided great recommendations with enthusiasm and humor. We will definitely come here again... More
It was a perfect night out in Paris and Olivie and Nefeli made it a great experience! We had shellfish and patê for starter, steak for main and profiteroles for dessert. The food was just amazing and the blue cheese sauce perfect! Meat was perfectly medium-rare cooked and overall food was just right in every aspect! Staff was more than... More
I visited Place Falguiere Le Bistrot for a business dinner in April 2014 and I've been very impressed by it. Nice location (although surely not one of top areas in Paris), very comfortable dining area, friendly but attentive and professional service, and definitely good food. In my case I went for a rabbit terreine (good), a buvette with onions and... More
Great family dinner environment. After wandering around the neighborhood, we discovered this bistro. Initially intimidated because it was completely empty, but the waiter was extremely friendly. Menus are affordable (which also made us apprehensive that the food would be mediocre) but we were so pleasantly surprised - fish was fresh and beautifully flavored and the farm chicken and fries, despite... A Parisian friend said this was his favorite neighborhood place, so we tried it with him. Phenomenal! You'd not expect much, given the modest menus and (for Paris) ridiculously low prices (e.g., their dinner menu, with entree, plat, dessert and wine is 25Euros). Every single thing was superb, from the pumpkin soup (soupe de potiron) to the single best piece... More
We were recommended here after losing our table we had booked at Bistrotters by getting very lost and arriving 15 minutes late ( be warned) So after a very dispondent short walk we arrived at "Place Falguiere", didn,t look great from the outside, but as it had been recommended we went in. By now it was 7.30, apart from a few... More
Bistrotters suggested, as they were full.It does not leave a good impression to Bistrotters to suggest this kind of place. You would expect the same level as Bistrotters have. Eventhough I have not eaten in Bistrotters I will think now if I would like to do it. Restaurant was empty (no other quests) at 20.00, so it tells everything. If... More
