Nice deco, good service. Actually liked the place quite a lot, chilled out ish and very nice waiter that even came to remind us happy hour was running out. They even do karaoke at the end of the night. It was quite crowded but we liked it. The only good thing that totally ruins it all, is that their beer... More

Cheap prices with long happy hour, but drinks are poor and they don't give you your change back when paying cash, but says they did... So please don't go and be robbed

The service was terrible. Rude bartender and manager (at time of visit). They cannot make proper drinks. As an example, they used the wrong rum in the Mojito so it tasted paint-remover. After several tries we gave up. A very bad experience. We will never come back to this establishment.

This place is tucked away on a little side street and was pretty quiet when I went. Happy hour runs from 15:00 until 23:00 and a pint was just 3.80 (!) served in a plastic cup, but still.... Hard to beat for this area! Did not try the food but it seemed reasonable ( not sure why it is listed... More

Staying in Les Halles

Neighbourhood Profile
Les Halles
Historically the central iron-clad market of Paris, Les Halles has evolved architecturally since then but the pulsating energy has stayed the same. Now it houses the main shopping mall, which nestles underground surrounded by fast-food take-aways and international restaurants coupled with beautiful churches and the old commodity exchange. Parallel to it are the high-street stores of Rue de Rivoli and just parallel to that the Seine. The area bustles with faces from all continents and all ages at all times of the day. If enjoying high-street shopping with easy access to fast eateries and lively bars is on your agenda, this is the place to go.
