We went for lunch. The food was excellent as ever and the staff very attentive and efficient. The menu was diversified and quite impressive with very good cost/benefit .

I was served undercooked pasta and they insisted that it was al dente. Al dente isn't supposed to taste like this!!! Obviously the young chefs need more training. Sent back the plate. So basically just had starters and dessert but was charged for mains as...More

We had a wonderful experience at L'Atelier. Being in Paris, we thought that we needed to try the L'Atelier in Monsieur Robuchon's hometown! The food was great and the service (thanks Franceso!) was exceptional - attentive, friendly, unfussy and unpretentious. We booked online on their...More

Average fine dining isn't something that goes together. We visited this restaurant 4 years ago and had an amazing experience. We returned a week ago to service that was so inattentive we almost got up and left. Took forever to get drinks, little to no...More

I wanted to try their lunch, called the restaurant for reservations and given counter seats, even though the restaurant was 1/8 full. Menu was all in french and waitstaff was impatient and uninterested to explain the items. Food was okay and after the meal, waitstaff...More

The amuse bouche was to die for and the strawberry dessert was the best my husband had ever tasted. The whole experience was highlighted because Maria translated and explained the menu for us. They do not have an English menu. The lamb shank course was...More

Several years ago we dined at the other L'atelier de Joel Robuchon and had a fantastic experience, but this time we were severely disappointed. It's not worthy of the Robuchon name or the Michelin star. The service was unprofessional, inattentive and bordering on rude at...More

I'm sorry, I don't know. We had an ice cream dessert.
Hello. On February 28, 2015, I was flying from Tokyo to Paris on KLM, and the person sitting next to me (in seat 24B) was a young man (Italian?) and his French wife, who were returning home to Paris, where he works as a sommelier for L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon. I am an American, and was on my way to a seminar in Holland. We have a very nice discussion of several wines. We had a very good time and we meant to exchange name cards, but when the plane landed we got caught up in the deplaning and did not have a chance. I would like to send him a think you note for his kindness during the flight, but I did not even catch his name or which of the Robuchon restaurants in Paris he works at. He encouraged me to come and dine at the restaurant when in Paris, and I would like to do so when he is there. If you can help me in any way to contact this sommelier, I would be very grateful.
