... this is the perfect place in Paris to slurp to your heart's content. It's tiny, maybe 14 seats, but if you get a table you won't be disappointed. The little restaurant is a stark clean white, but it's utterly charming in it's simplicity. It does one thing, and it does it well. Oysters! There's several choices of oysters, but... More

I am a fan of oysters and this is oyster heaven. It is the second time in 3 months that I visited Paris, and both times I visited Huitrerie Regis. A small 15-seater, unpretentious, no-frills, Paris restaurant, completely focussed on providing the best oysters for your enjoyment. On sale are some other seafood items, but frankly we didn’t bother about... More

aI live in the midwest so I am not exactly surrounded by saltwater, yet in Chicago, oysters are a big thing. I find it a small indulgence and simple pleasure to eat such pure, plump, juicy, fresh oysters with a glass of sancerre or 2. Huitrerie Regis is tiny, I came by myself at 6pm on a Saturday and I... This is my third visit. It is an oyster restaurant - just oysters (yes, a few shrimp, a bit of sausage, some clams but... this is an oyster restaurant). Fantastically fresh, amazing quality. Expensive, yes. Worth it? Yes. Only a few tables, you can't book but it really is great food.

What a lovely little huitrerie. Great service along with a more than excellent oyster dinner. Price is ok for what it delivers: fresh and delicious oysters and perfect wine to match. This is an oyster bar, not a restaurant, be careful if you are looking for the second option.

Very small place for less than twenty people 4 -5 small tables. Serves only oysters which looks very fresh. First come first serve, if you cannot find a table you have to stay outside 50 minutes in the cold or rain as they take no reservations. Do not think it is worth the long wait.

We were looking for Oursin and Oyster and was not disappointed. Four of us had 4 dozens Fin de Claire (moyen) + a dozen Oursins. The Oyster were really fresh accompany by Sancere white, however the Oursin were not as fresh or tasty as the Japanese we had in the Fareast. Enjoyed very much the Oyster which as fresh and... More

This is very tasty !!!! We tried several types of oysters, clams, shrimps! Everything was very fresh and extremely delicious. The place is really tiny, so book in advance if you do not want to wait outside.

This place has been on our short list for 3 years, but the timing has never worked out for us. I'm glad we persevered because this trip we were able to time a lunch visit. We lucked out because they had just re-opened after renovations the day before. The place itself is quite charming, but the oysters are the reason... More

I've eaten here three times now and I'm always astonished at how incredibly fresh the oysters are. I've never had anything like them. It's like capturing the essence of the ocean in a bite. Seating is very limited, the menu consists of oysters and wine and little else, and they don't take reservations. But if you love oysters, do not... More
