Yes they have menu in English. And the owner is the person who will wait on you -- her English is excellent. Dress is casual.

I did not see any special menu. Prices for the standard menu were in line with what you see in Paris outside of the tourist traps. Most of us ordered the night's special, which ran about 28 Euros, if I remember right. here... More
