I went for dinner with my wife on a Friday evening. There was life music: piano, drums and vocalist. Very nice atmosphere and the food is typical french and very good. We had a menu including starters, main dish and deserts for 20 euros each. The service is also good, fast and polite. They speak English too. It's not very... More

Nice place to go if you are looking for a fair and well-located dinner without being ripped off. We tried some classics, like the onion soup and escargot 25/30€ each approx

This restaurant was across the way from my hotel. I went late one evening for dinner. I could see that it was quite busy earlier in the evening but by the time I went there were only 4 tables in use. The gentleman who served me was so polite and kind. He didn't speak much English but we managed just... More

We walked the area and found their signboard with the 20euros special. Everyone found a combo that thay like so we went in and were NOT disappointed with any of it. The staff was extremely friendly and palyful, which really made the evening enjoyable after a long day of touring.

I have selected this venue based on mostly good and some exhilarating reviews in Trip Advisor and I was stupid enough to make my decision to have a dinner there .It all started at the door. I should have known the one shall never enter the restaurant where waiter is standing outside and tries to pull customers in. The moment... More

Loved the ambience of this small bustling French restaurant. We had a very reasonable set menu - steak on the tougher side but tasty nevertheless. The French onion soup was wonderful. The service was mixed - the older waiter was a bit on the grumpy side - but there was a very charming younger chap!

We stumbled on this place when looking for somewhere to eat (the wife was in a fussy mood and couldn't choose anywhere). We were draw in in by the offer of a 3 course meal for 19 euros 50 with a vast selection of well known French dishes, including escargot and various tortes. Most other restaurants in the area were... Nice place with nice food! They had 3-course set menu for 19.50! I had the fish soup which was very nice. My husband had the onion soup, which was a bid heavy because of the soaked bread and the cheese souffle. We both had the salmon dish which was nice!

Good food - the french onion soup was excellent. Very cozy inside and the service was good. It was one of our first meals in Paris and it was a great experience. It was very reasonable! We had a three course meal and it was very cheap.
