The Lebanese restaurant is an horrible place, the food is really of low quality, but the worst is the staff and the owner who had dishes we never ordered on the bill. We were 3, and the owner tried to had 15 euros to the bills arguing he served something we never got. This place is really to avoid.

We arrived by chance, they were still opened late Night,(10 pm) the owner was very friendly with us. We ate the «formula» menu, for 13.50 euro each person, we had 3 dishes, good portion, not so bad.

Plenty of choice. Small restaurant with a friendly staff. Food is fresh and very tasty. Not really cheap but is worth a visit if you like this kind of middle-east taste.

Humus for starter wasn't that bad. Lamb kebab was quite awful, the meat was hard and didn't at all taste like it should have. The waiter and the design of the interieur were total failure. I saw the waiter insulted the small and a little bit confused group of Chinese guests, while in my case, I was escorted from the... More

The food was ridiculous, and the portions and price scandalous! Very basic food, the pita bread is served cold. The portions are amazingly small, and the price for it amazingly big. On top of that you have to hear the waiter telling you 50 times that you get a special treatment and he speaks so and so many languages etc........ More

Lebanese cuisine is known for generous portions. I never left a lebanese restaurant hungry - the Sannine in Paris was a different experience. We had the 1001 nights meal which comes with 10 different appetizers (mezze) and three different meats. I was surprised by the quantity (e.g. one falafel ball per guest) and the selection (e.g. sour cream is not... More

We decided to try this restaurant on our final night in Paris as we both enjoy middle eastern food. The restaurant looked nice and while we were stood outside, the restaurant owner (I think) started to talk to us. His warm personality persuaded us to go in even though there are a large number of restaurants nearby. Upon entering the... More

I went to this restaurant with some friends. The waiter was a nuisance. We had to ask twice for the daily menu offer, he actually wanted us to choose from the very expensive dishes. We should have left this place at that moment, but decided to give the cook a chance. Unfortunately, the food was not convincing at all. Mainly... More

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
