Ok, but not more. Dinner served by a rather arrogant waiter. Would go somewhere else. The tables right in front of the bistro are nice, but the others are just on the pavement very close to parked cars.

This restaurant is a little out of the way but it is worth going to it for the great food & eating with the true people of Paris.
Denis and his fantastic staff keep this bistro among the best ones in Paris. Located off the grid in a quiet street, it's customers are mostly natives, which makes for a better immersion in Parisian lifestyle that tourist infested places. Home made duck terrine is absolutely delicious. Their veal liver is worth the trip. Great fishes and other meats too.... More
I can only echo the very favourable reviews given to this restaurant. We had dinner with some friends and our two kids at Le Brandevin. Service was very friendly and waiter helpful with menu selections. Very good Bordeaux wine recommend by waiter. Magret de canard was really very good as was the salmon from the plat du jour menu. If... More
We had tartare, filet du beouf and veal escalope. All perfectly cooked. Great food at good prices. Busy but attentive service. Super typical French atmosphere.
Very much enjoyed a meal here. Visited with my family (group of 8) and were looked after quite well. The waiters are quite matter of fact and do what they do well. We had a few teenagers with us and they were mindful of this, even pointing out that one of the dishes we'd ordered would not be good for... More
Very good typical french food. Try the "plat du jour" (daily meal), or go for a classic meal like the "Blanquette de veau" or the "Confit de canard". Good service, good food, good wine.
We arrived for lunch rather late but the restaurant were very polite and cheerful. Very pleasant meal and excellent service.
Le Brandevin is among the best local Bistro in Paris. The service is top, the food comes from the best suppliers and the cook really knows his trade. I recommend the “plat du jour” as there is usually a choice of two or three daily specials that are excellent. I’ve been there for lunches and dinners and I have had... More
Pleasant place with noisy local residents enjoying themselves. Go regularly for things like steak tartare and grilled meat. Look no further, my lunch recently was Andouilette which did not taste home made (there are more and more bistros serving packaged food reheated) and the frites were frozen.
