Excellent food, great ambiance, and quick and short service. The place is gorgeous and is a must see. The food is amazing, try the onion soup and the filet. The quantities are French so feel free to order more than 3 courses. I enjoyed their dessert also.

Sumptuous interior, comfortingly aloof waiting staff, good value set menu option (4 courses and a glass of wine), perfectly cooked steak, huge desserts, including a first class creme-brûlée. Not the best French food in Paris, but, wow, for the experience of such an elegant, classic and preserved 1900's interior, worth a visit.

We went to this restaurant for the first time there and it exceeded my expectations. We had a large group and the waitress was able to keep up with our dinner needs. They offered several options for meat, fish and vegitatarian. Wine selection was very good. I'd recommend the French Onion soup for a starter.

We did not book a table but was still seated within an hour at the busy hour on Saturday night. Great food and service.

Step into this art nouveau fairytale and enjoy an amazing dinner no matter what you choose on the menu. Slightly touristy but with class, as it's not too obvious. Also, it's a steal - two course menu at 25€ + wine. Fine dining at med-range price.

Beautiful interiors of this Parisian restaurant is one of the highlights. Almost one of the "to-dos" in city. The food is very very good: I have tried escargot and fois gras for starters and both were delicious. For the mains I had a fish in a lovely butter sauce (twice...!), for a dessert a crème brûlée (which was actually caramelised... More

You set in this vintage place and you feel the French authenticity. Great selection of food and a menu formula sure to satisfy any taste. I would recommend if staying in or around the area of Montparnasse, if not make the effort and try to visit. My rating 8/10.

I was in Paris for one night only and wanted my traveling companions to experience a typical Parisian brasserie without breaking the bank. I had been there before and its a no surprise restaurant. The decor is period over the top. I can see why non french speaking customers would think the staff is rude, but everybody is actually nice.... More

The restaurant itself is really beautiful. A bit disappointed by the service. We had a reservation, we sat and waited for about 20 minutes, with just a bottle of water. Finally we ask for someone to take our orders....no so chic for a place like this. Needed to ask to change one of the wine glasses which was really dirty......no so... More
