We eat two dinners here and could have had more meals Their menu is innovative and traditional. We enjoyed three courses meals that were not rushed but rather the staff was caring and attentive. We also had delicious breakfasts three mornings as we were staying at La Roseraie. The owners were so helpful and gave good advise. We would hope... More

We stayed here in September because it is walking distance to the chateau, unable to get a reservation at the Michelin starred restaurant we chose to eat here, which turned out to be a very pleasant evening. The food was very good, the service was top knotch and the patio was a lovely spot to have our meal. We ordered... More

An interesting venue with historical connections to Churchill and Roosevelt (ask to see the dining area and letter from Churchill). We had a table in the bay window looking into the street and the ambience was charming. The service was good, the waiter was very busy but kept in touch with us throughout the meal. An excellent choice on the... More

We were staying here so it was the obvious place to eat, especially as everyone was seated on the outside terrace. A most enjoyable meal was served with friendliness and efficiency and our waiter was very helpful when suggesting a local sweet wine to accompany our dessert. I'd happily return if in Chenonceaux again.

My wife and I had a very pleasant meal here. My wife has significant dietary restrictions and the staff was very helpful in ensuring that she had an enjoyable meal that respected her restrictions. We both had the plaice as our main course, which we had never tasted before. It was very enjoyable. My only advice would be to not... More

We had reservations at Auberge du Bon Laborer for our second night in the town and did not know where to eat the first night. We picked this based on reviews. We ate outside. The atmosphere was charming and the food was wonderful. My wife and I each thought we had top quality meals and service. Priced fairly and excellent... More

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, and ate at the restaurant two of the three nights. The 29 Euro fixed price menu was reasonable and delicious! The escargot was wonderfully garlicky, the plaice fillet with caper butter was one of the best main dishes of the trip. So simple but melt in your mouth! I ordered it again... More

Food was excellent, staff was attentive. Delightful array of French quisine without the high prices. Full menu Diane was our favorite offering selections for starter, main course and dessert. We are staying at the Inn here and give it 5 stars as well. Try the escargo, blend of garlic butter and fresh herbs is a must try!

Comfortable room and nicely presented, flavorful food. We thoroughly enjoyed the pate and escargot, as well as the beef.
