We stayed for one night at the hotel which is superb. The dinner was out of this world - beautifully presented and quite delicious. The wine choices with dinner were also excellent. Breakfast was also very nice. The staff are friendly and so well trained.

What a delicious meal: started with the smoked trout and it was exquisite. then I had the monkfish which was also very good. The plateau de fromage was excellent, well worth choosing over the "fromage préparé" or whatever this new trend of replacing the simple...More

You are paying the price for a 2 star restaurant (and this has just one) but not all dishes are convincing. We chose the Voyage surprise menu with accompanying wine. The restaurant was busy at a Saturday and therefore we waited quite a long time...More

Jacques Decoret works hard and has an eye for detail that separates his cuisine from that of other chefs in Vichy, Auvergne. With as much local produce as possible, the focus is on each ingredient's natural richness and freshness. If on a budget restriction, their...More

The food was all right although not exceptional for this sort of restaurant but the wife of the cook, who is unfortunately working in the restaurant, is very arrogant and condescending and will make sure that you feel uncomfortable whenever she can. That is the...More

It is in chalets Napoleon III, Jacques and Martine Decoret have built their new restaurant in 2008. An advanced glass topped with a green roof that extends the brick building built under Napoleon III. The whole is ultimately extremely harmonious. Room restaurant giving wish to light the Parc des Sources, light wood floor, red chairs, tables topped very white and spaced others, development of stones and bricks in the living room of the building original or basement in a toilet as surprising as a modern Volvic stone sink that deserves your attention. Upstairs, five bedrooms contemporary tribute Napoleon III and Eugenie to form in the end, a house that exudes serenity and harmony.
