A really friendly little place, good selection of tapas, and meat cooked on open fire. Good for lunch when you're in a hurry, and dont want a full 3 courses.

Two o'clock on a Saturday lunchtime in Bergerac and there aren't many places open. The Crepery we usually use was closed for refurbishment. We found this tapas bar up a side alley. Not too promising from the outside, especially the smell of dogs (be careful where you walk!). Once inside we found a bar on the ground floor with a... More

This little restaurant is tucked away but is a real treasure to find! Lovely Spanish Rioja and food lovely. Never managed to get enough times to try the steaks but looked amazing. Thanks to all the staff who made us very welcome. You made our visit!

Looking for somewhere that wasn't insisting on two courses largely involving fois gras Found this place up a side street. Ok it has no view of the river or a square but the place is neat, clean and homely and they were roasting home grown vegetables over an open grate in the restaurant when we turned up. Service was good,... More

Lovely restaurant down a quiet side alley in the heart of Bergerac. Quaint building, delicious sangria and chicken skewer with salad from the local market and house potatoes. Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Thoroughly recommend it; well worth a visit.

We had a couple of drinks here while visiting Bergerac. Really nice atmosphere, tucked away down an alley. The bar staff were helpful in accommodating us - my feeling is that it gets busy as the previous night we walked past a bit later and all the tables were taken. Good music and would recommend for a drink or small... More

Food cooked on open fire. Tapas not to all tastes (hubbie hates the squid and make me eat it). Limited opening over winter and open fore makes it a tad warm in summer..
