The only good part is that they are open at 15h00 for lunch and they serve a good beer and a decent Coffe. Otherwise ...TERRIBLE...the waiter ( I think his name is Philippe), rude and unprofessional, the food pre-prepared, tasteless and too expensive..we ate just half of the portions, enough to calm a little bit the hunger and make it... The waiter was rude, the restaurant was dirty, and the food was terribly prepared. There was nothing good about this place. We would have had a much better meal from a street vendor. Adding to the dissatisfaction they were expensive!

We stopped by for family dinner and were quickly dissapointed. Communication in english and german was no help to place an order even though they had menus in german. When asked about kids menu, the waiter annoyingly pointed to the main menu. Meat in 3 different dishes ordered was undercooked, tastless and brought to us in less than 10 minutes.... More

Too bad. A great location and could be so much better. The coffee was fine but the service was humourless and it too the joy away.

Called on a rainy evening before the light show and service was excellent and friendly. Food was very tasty and reasonably priced, it was great to sit outside in the rain... A must try

Sat outside, had a beer and flamenkuchen. Fun outside atmosphere with a lot of action with tourists. There are quite a few people smoking though!

Firstly choosing this restaurant for its beautiful setting, we appreciated the food just as much. We were three and tasted the local speciality: flammenkuchen. My friend had a cheeseburger. The dishes were served in large portions, arrived quickly and were quite good. Recommended.

My family and I had dinner today at this restaurant and it was the worst experience ever. The waiter -who when asked said he was from Afghanistan- was beyond rude, acted as if he has no time for us at all and didn't want to listen to us, spoke little English and didn't understand us at all. We ordered 1... More

Great location, great service and great food. Was surprised to see the negative reviews as we thought it was a wonderful place to eat

Came here for lunch after having visited the cathedral. Wasn't expecting a gourmet meal but was surprised by the portions and service. Would recommend for anyone wanting to have a quick meal around the city centre. Kitchen open "24/7" too
