The flat country is invited to the heart of Colmar with the Belgian friterie Chez Nath! Originally from the Ardennes, Nath grew up in a family of restaurateurs before settling in Alsace. Since April 2017, it welcomes with smiles lovers of real good Belgian fries, prepared according to the rules of the art with bintje potatoes: two-stage cooking in beef fat! Both crispy and mellow, these chips ideally accompany fricandelle (sausage typical of Belgium and northern France), but also a generous Bicky (burger), a Mitraillette (American sandwich) or excellent ardennes skewers. The whole is savored in a good atmosphere in a bright room or on the small shaded terrace arranged WIFI at the back of the restaurant.
