Myself and two of my friends ate here and the food was delicious but the portions are tiny considering the cost. A 3 course meal took 3 hours due to extremely slow service which was such a let down. The staff were lovely but having...More

I went with a group of people for a birthday meal. 2 had been several times before and thought it was great. I hadn't been before. I had the snails starter and signature chicken dish and tried other dishes. We had the house champagne (excellent)...More

Nice restaurant but nothing amazing. Food was great but the portions were so small, after three courses we were not full. Service wasn't great either, had to wait nearly 15 minutes to pay the bill.

We visited on a Saturday afternoon for a birthday celebration and it certainly didn't feel very celebratory. We were greeted (if you can call it that) by the host who didn't crack a smile the whole time we were in there. The 2 gentlemen sat...More

Have a proper dinner before going to this place. The food is paltry and very expensive, taste is mediocre, the service is not bad. A 3 year old, would eat more food than all of the 3 dishes we had put together.

63 degrees used to be a proper French restaurant with fine dining, but my recent two experiences have left me unsatisfied. We opted for the tasting menu with the wine flight on a Tues night. The food was a mixed bag with some dishes beautifully...More

Pretentious. Cynical. Felt completely cheated ... and they tried, pretty relentlessly, to overcharge us (more on that later). We ordered our mains and the waiter asked if we wanted any sides. He hinted that the main dishes on their own would not be enough -...More

No, not at the Midland, but in the Northern Quarter, across the road from the Fish Market, lit up to show off its Victorian facade. This restaurant is a throw back to the days when Paris had real bistros, hidden away down side streets, well...More

Saturday lunch. We sat upstairs giving a pleasant view over the fish market façade and the pedestrian traffic (very little motor traffic around here). 3 courses £20 on the set menu. Best was the fondant chocolate and caramel pudding, starters very good - cold pea...More

The service here wasn't good. We had to get up from the table and ask to order cocktails after we arrived, we had to ask again for menus, again for water (why they couldn't leave a jug of water on the table is a mystery)...More

Our celebrated restaurant is re-opening in bigger and better premises in the former Market Restaurant on High Street in the Northern Quarter. A brand new location. A brand new menu. The same exquisite French cuisine And to celebrate our move, we have new menus and a new wine list. Our goal has always been to bring you a taste of Paris, with dishes such as our Pea consomme and poached quail egg, Pan fried sea bass, Duckling fillet, chocolate fondant and, of course, coffee served at the perfect temperature - 63°. As well as more covers, our wonderful new premises means we can now offer our diners an outside terrace and private function room. One thing that hasn’t changed is our commitment to serving exquisite French cuisine in a relaxed and welcoming environment. We look forward to welcoming you to our new home.
