Popped in here tonight with friends after a wander around fletcher moss park with the dog. We had coffees and fabulous cake - I'd recommend the chocolate orange!! My friend had the chocolate lumpy bumpy cake which looked delicious. They were more than happy to allow us in with the dog and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We will... More

Coffee shop and diner with a very loyal following and good home cooked food. Includes eggs benedict for brunch, or Italian casserole for something more substantial. It opens early (7am I think) and is continuing busy. A good place for brunch with friends over a bottle of prosecco. An essential part of Didsbury life.

We called in at this cafe quite a few times. We could always guarantee, however crowded it was, that we could get a meal really quickly and it would be very nice. Usually just had a snack although there were bigger things on the menu. Nice atmosphere.

After being seated we were immediately asked if we were ready to order without having and a chance to look at the menu. After requesting a couple more minutes (!) we ordered the deli club sandwich, roast beef sandwich and a small antipasti to share. Unfortunately all three dishes were disappointing (bar the very fresh mozzarella in the antipasti which... More

My boyfriend took me out for brunch and after seeing The Deli so busy all the time we thought we should check it out, we weren't disappointed :-) I had a caramel latte and a Croque Madame and oh my....DELICIOUS!!! The best I've had outside of Paris. Gooey, creamy, cheesy, eggy, sublime!!!! My boyfriend had an Italian chicken ciabatta which... More

This cafe is best if you want to grab a quick brunch. The service is quick and there is a decent selection of food, however none of it is great. However it is all reasonably priced and in a convenient location.

Quick stop in didsbury for lunch, nice high street with plenty of cafes. We chose the deli which offered a mix of Italian and English. I had black pudding with eggs which was well presented tasty and hot. Wife had a bacon roll which was a little plain in comparison. Nice atmosphere.

Stayed over with family and had a great night in West didsbury. For breakfast we strolled around the main town area where there is plenty of choice on offer. The Deli looked busy and inviting and we weren't disappointed. Few minutes wait for a table and we were seated. A great vibe in the place with fabulous looking dishes coming... More

A regular visitor, I love the atmosphere in here. Very dog friendly which is great and contained to one section of the cafe. Has delicious chicken stew and my friend had eggs Benedict- both lovely. Finished with a coffee. Eric the dog had a small plate of chopped chicken! 🐶. Resisted the cakes this time. Excellent service from staff old... More
