This used to be THE place in the Leamington Spa area to have indulgent, beautifully cooked French food. However, numerous corners are being cut in cost saving measures to render this once great little provincial resturant, nothing more than mediocre. With mains between £20-25 I'd...expect a decent plate of veg but very few arrived with the dishes. The carrot and coriander soup was only ordinary, not as creamy or indulgent as it should have been, and lacking in flavour or depth with very little evidence of coriander. The chicken supreme, which should have come in a traditional rich, french cream sauce with bacon was offered instead with an insipid, watery broth. The chicken breast, for the price (19.95) was not organic but a cheap supermarket cut, and was so small, I assumed it had been divided in half in order to make it stretch into a second portion for another customer. Our friend's smoked duck croquette which we expected to be stuffed with tasty, smoky duck, was instead potato with no evidence of the duck other than a tiny piece in the centre. Another measure to presumably cut costs. The others in our party had Bavette and were satisfied, with the request for a medium rare cooking, expertly carried out. However, overall, we all felt that this was a resturant which was cutting costs to the bone. It had not affected business however and the resturant was full. This is clearly still a popular resturant. I'd have preferred however to pay more to maintain the quality we have been used to. We paid almost £200 and felt that we had not received good value. We all agreed that we would have paid more for some fresh vegetables, larger portions, and the richness which signifies French food. We will sadly not be visiting what used to be our favorite Warwickshire resturant.More

Excellent food without extortionate prices. Fish and cheese soufflés were very good, particularly my monkfish starter! Definitely one to visit if you’re in Leamington.

We were in the area for a family birthday celebration and went based on the reviews. We were not disappointed at all. Multiple things on the menu we wanted to eat, generous size of lamb rump and steak and all was delicious! If we are...in the area again we would definitely go back! Thank you!More

It’s important to bear in mind that many restaurants over the last few years have seen staff and utilities costs soar, funds plummet as they struggled to remain open and the cost of raw ingredients now starting to add to their costs. That said although...the prices here might seem a little above the average, it’s worth it for what you get. It’s essential to book as they have few tables but we were glad we did. A wonderful meal with an interesting host. A real find in LeamingtonMore

Discovered this restaurant yesterday, and can't wait to go back! It is entirely French in style and menu. The food is delicious and authentic. I had Bayonne ham with celeriac remoulade to begin, then seared cod with samphire, potato and fennel rosti and an excellent...sauce accompaniment. I concluded with a cheese course, which was an ideal size (unlike so many cheese courses!) and presented at room temperature, instead of straight from the fridge! Prices are very competitive too: three course lunch for less than £30.More

Lovely meal in small casual surroundings. Great choices on the menu and daily specials - could have eaten anything out of the choices. Delicious meals we had ranged from a cured monkfish to a cheese souffle and mussels followed by a miso and aubergine tart,...cod with homemade taramasalata, romesco sauce - interesting tastes and good house wine both red and white. Owner was friendly and welcoming and we will definitely be going back to try out some other choices.More

We came for a birthday dinner and definitely weren't disappointed. Beautifully presented and something for everyone. I'm vegetarian and my partner doesn't eat cheese but there was enough options for both of us. Very attentive and friendly staff. We will be visiting again!

We visited Eleven with our student daughter as a birthday treat. It was excellent. The food had a strong French influence. The menu was not huge but choosing from such an appealing selection of options was hard. The dishes were fresh and simply well cooked....We all chose very different options - but each of us enjoyed every course. Our student daughter will not be in Leamington next year but we are already making plans to stop when normally we would drive past on our way to Cheshire.More

An absolute gem. Small and perfectly formed menu, served with Gallic charm. Delicious duck croquettes with fresh apple, walnut and rocket salad. Bavette perfectly cooked, with fragrant, crunchy/fluffy chips and classic onion Roscoff. Roast cod with spring greens fresh and delightful. Thank you.

Eleven is far superior to any other Leamington Restaurant. The menu is small (which is good) and classy and the food beautifully presented and extremely tasty. There are now more options for vegetarians. I had an absolutely lovely Gnocchi. The wine is superb.

This is a lovely place with a relaxing ambience, and if you want traditional and fresh French food, you can't get any better. The menu is concise, but has a wide enough variety for a mixture of palettes. Price is more than fair for quality...of food, and the portions are neither skimpy nor too large. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone local or visiting. Certainly my favourite place in Leamington at the moment.More
