Service needs fixing

In the comments I had asked for my mushroom Aloo to be "very mild". It was a bit more then mild. Tasty mango chutney and poppadoms. On the wesite it says that we will receive a free 1.5l Coca Cola when we spend £15, which we did so we could get coca Cola. We didn't receive this. Instead we recieved a cheesy garlic bread (which you should get if you spend over £10, not over £15). I called up to ask them for the Coca Cola and as I began to explain "we have just recieved an order... " he kept intercepting me, telling me that "you can't order now, we're closed". Firstly this wasn't true according to the times they have on their website. Very rude. He also kept speaking to someone else whilst I repeatedly attempted to explain my issue to him. When I finally managed to explain it to him he tried to tell me that I needed to spend over £15, not £10 to get the free Cola. Then he tried to tell me we should of spent over £20 to receive the free Cola. Clearly one of these was a lie. Then he tried to tell me that I recieved the garlic bread and we only get one freebie. I'm a vegan. He called me "love" at least 5 times. Very good value. My boyfriend said his food was very good. Mine was good but could of been better if not so spicy.

FALSE ADVERTISING AND COLD FOOD.

Misleading advertising on their website. It said you can get "free garlic bread on orders over £12" so we got a deal for 12inch pizza, donner kebab with nan, 2x fries and a 1.5ltr of drink for £13 plus a salad side and extra cheese added for extra. NO WHERE WHAT SO EVER did it say that you won't get the free garlic bread if you buy from the offers, NO WHERE! If I had known this wouldn't of bothered ordering or would of checked out something else that my little boy would be able to eat too. It's the principle of false advertising. They was so rude on the phone too. And to top it off the food was cold! I've got all the screen shots and I've tried uploading them on here but it keeps saying "Upload Error". A formal is complaint is being prepared though. Would definely NOT recommend this place!

Not the worst meal I've had, but could have been alot better, was quite watery. No problem with delivery though.

I am a picky eater but I have been eating at the takeaway for the last two years I’ve never had a problem with the Service and the curry is delicious

Order through the just eat app, they added an extra 10 mintiuntes onto delivery time. When ringing up about our order after the delivery time they lied and said the order was on it's way and it wasn't anywhere near us. When ringing up again they had no idea about our order. We will never order from here again. We've been lied to and the service is terrible. My advice is to avoid this place. I will never go again. Not even worth a rating.

PLASTIC WRAPPER FOUND IN FOOD CALLED UP THEY CLAIM I BOUGHT THE FOOD FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE GLAD I ORDERED OFF JUST EAT

If I could give it a 0 I would have Ordered a set meal from here and when I put the curry sauce on my rice I saw something so I pulled it out it looks like a straw wrapper from macdonnelds or rhibena or Capri sun even with the glue on the back I rang up in a faul bad mood to question why my food has a plastic wrapper in it to only have the "manager" tell me I have bought it from somewhere else it's not possible that it could be from there takeaway Good job I ordered from just eat as I have all the confirmation trying to explain what if I hadn't have seen it and ate it its plastic a choke hazard I'm absolutely fuming to have the manager say it's not there problem it's not there takeaway I explained well if your not calling me a liar I'm guessing your telling me your you only do half an order and you get the sauce from another takeaway and I'm guessing it's there fault so the "manager" puts the phone down on me I CALL BACK UP TO THE IGNORANT MANAGER to be told you could bring it to the shop we don't deliver oh so now fairys must have delivered it to my door I'm guessing FUMING ISNT THE WORD DO NOT EAT HERE

Ordered two curries to be delivered. I ordered a Dupiaza and asked for it to be made spicy. I like spices. Tasted this and it was ridiculously over spiced to the point where I couldn't eat it. Rang to say it was too spicy,only to be told tough!!! You ordered spicey so it's your fault. Poor customer service. Will NEVER go back.
