Midweek dinning out [the Eat Out to Help Out Scheme] We were welcomed by very friendly staff, the table was ready as we had booked the day before, the drinks arrived perfectly on time despite the restaurant being very busy.
We were expecting a shorter menu due to covid19, but to their credit the full menu was available, the food took slightly longer to arrive [ which was understandable as they were extremely busy] however the food was amazing and perfectly cooked, the presentation was very elegant, the nan breads were nice and soft, the keema nan even had mince meat on the outside.
Thoroughly enjoyed the night, will most certainly visit again soon!

Had an amazing takeaway from Golden Moments.
We normally enjoy dining out mostly once every week or so, been enjoying Golden Moments Walsall food for a long time.
Their food is brilliant, my favorite is the white chicken jhalfrezi [no one else seems to make it quite like Golden moments].
Service at Golden Moments is the best i've had by far from any restaurant, the staff are very friendly and attentive even during busy periods.
Due to the lock-down we had a takeaway which i collected from the restaurant. [got 10% collection discount]
Must say their takeaway food is equally good as their dining inside food.
Overall highly recommended by me & my wife.

It is when you find a great curry place like the Golden Moments in Walsall,that's when you experience something that changes your view of an Indian takeaway. Tonight is my second time ordering and I have to say I was not disappointed. There is a genuine care for the guest from recognition to recommendations that truly made the Special Karahi an exceptional one tonight. Turon Miah and his team have something beautiful going on here, As a restauranteur, it made my evening tonight, to receive this type of guest engagement and food quality. Please do not change a thing truly.

Fancied prawns so I ordered a Tiger Babar,
Perfection is the only word that comes to my mind.
Love your tandoori mixed kebab the and juicy, mint source and salad love it!
Every time I order I've never been disappointed, home delivery arrives on time every time.
Thank you Golden Moments keep it up.

This is a great restaurant. Draft beer is very well priced or you can take your own, I personally prefer to order from the business but its good they have the option for everyone. Food is delicious, both sweet curries and more traditional style curries have a great taste. They also do a special buffet on Sundays and offer special menus in the week. My friends and wife all really enjoyed their meals too, andI will definitely return soon.

A warm greeting from friendly staff who deliver great service. This restaurant delivers consistently great food and service at a reasonable price that ensures repeat customers return time and time again while gaining new customers all the time. On Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays it offers a buffet that changes every week that is incredible value for money and provides top quality food. Golden Moments saved our evening following a disappointing visit to the Beacon Harvester restaurant in Great Barr where we waited over 25 minutes in a not busy restaurant and received no service. Golden moments looks after it’s customers and that’s the difference between the two places. We should have just avoided the other place and went to Golden Moments to begin with.

Really enjoyed my first visit to Golden Moments.
The menu is great with some interesting choice outside the norm. The portions are large and the food did not disappoint it was flavoursome and good value for money.
We managed to get in without a booking and the service was great. Even though it was busy the staff where friendly hard working and attentive. They where working extra hard to fit everyone in without letting themselves down on service. Really recommend it 😊

Having visited some different Indian restaurants recently, I had forgotten just how fabulous Golden Moments is. The service, as always, is exceptional, and the food is consistently brilliant. I can’t stop eating the Clay Pot Chicken, although the Relish is also fantastic, and I could probably say the same about another ten menu choices! If you haven’t tried Golden Moments, then you should! I doubt you’ll be disappointed.

Brilliant food, excellent service. Picked at random from trip advisor as it was near the football ground where our team played today. Absolutely superb meal, excellent value for money, sharp attentive service and we were even offered something “off menu” when we couldn’t decide. Have eaten in hundreds of curry houses post football all over the country and this was one of the very best we have had. Thoroughly recommended

Due to COVID we could not eat out so my father and I ordered a delivery from one of our local restaurants. Ordered online and the food arrived promptly. The popadoms were really crisp with plenty of onions and mint sauce. My onion bhaji was excellent. My father had prawn Puri which had plenty of prawns but he found the puri tough and couldn't finish it. Dad is 93 and can't manage main courses any more so he had onion bhaji as well as his prawn puri.I had karahi ghosht. This lamb was very tender and it was served in a very tasty sauce full of onions and peppers. Good to know that a restaurant like this exists so close by.

Regularly visit Golden Moments when I come back to Walsall. The food is usually good and consistent but this time I thought the food and service was exceptional.
The staff were welcoming and we ordered a starter to share - Chicken Puri which they split for us and arrived on two separate plates. The Puri was excellent, well cooked and well presented. I order a Chicken Bhuna with chilli and lemon fried rice - both were excellent, the rice is really worth ordering. This was accompanied by a well cooked, warm, pillowy naan.
All round excellent service and meal.

I really really wanted to find fault with Golden Moments... But I can't. From entering to find a moderately busy restaurant (on a week night, early) there was a buffet in but they were more than happy to offer the a la carte menu too. Staff are very pleasant and can offer all sorts of advice if you're a novice. Drinks are fairly priced too, which complements the food. Very good menu. Something for everyone. This is a regular haunt for us when in Walsall. Make it yours.

OMG. Travelled from Kent for a sales meeting and arrived knackered, couple of beers in my hotel whilst reviewing where to eat. Golden Moments was close and well reviewed, so why not try, I love my food and cooking and appreciate new experiences. I was a lone diner, literally but it didn't dampen my experience. Service was great and they allowed me all the time I needed to disect the menu, I made my hard choices. Started, tandoori salmon, delicious, keema peas, omg so delicious, special pillaf rice, wow, so want the recipe, onion bhaji, yum yum and cheese and garlic naan, so so nice. I obvs had too much food but I tried my best to demolish it cos it was sooo nice, really yum, washed down with some shiraz, perfect. I can't rate the food high enough and would totally recommend, great value and experience, thank you all and head chef please share your recipes for me to take home to kent, share the love ❤️

The meal was tasty but, time delay led to it being a poor service. Even when the food arrived it was luke warm and dry on the top. May of been microwaved? Same with the breads dry and tough, didn't seem freshly made.
I have eaten here numerous times and has been good but we felt today was possible a bad day. Mediocre food and service,? That's me being kind, as I do like the food.

Thank you for taking your time to review us however we are unsure how to deal with your comments on this instance as there are some contradictions to your review.
Please be reassured all our food is cooked fresh after your order has been taken and nan bread are cooked just before your order is set to come out.
If you did attend on a night that was part of the goverment scheme eat out to help out then our service may have been slower than usual due to the demand of all ours customers.

I’ve been here a few times with my fiance and her mum and dad. The food is always been amazing great selection on buffet and always new foods to try. This place has to be one of the best Indians in the West Midlands, thanks and I’ll see you again soon.
