I was in Iteland with a close friend hoping to see the Six Nations.Rugby showdown in Dublin between Ireland and England last Saturday. We had rented a house for four nights in Brittas Bay. We found Jack Whites Inn on our first evening after driving for five hours to catch the Pembroke to Rosslare Ferry, a four hour crossing and... More

Was nearly getting up too ask for menus after them seating us. Place was quiet so no need for slow service. Took about 15mins for our drinks. Starters were garlic mushrooms just a ball of grease. MY steak was horrible the onions were not even cooked. MY 4year old was nearly scalded from her plate as it was roasting and... More

Being here a couple of times and it's only ever ok ! The food is a bit hit and miss some staff are lovely and helpful others seem to be annoyed If u ask for any condiments or extra sides. It's always quite busy and some times hard to get a table so maybe we have just being unlucky !... More

I had looked this place up on the internet before our visit. It is on the main road from Dublin to Brittas Bay and is very convenient with ample parking. We had only wanted a pot of tea but decided on the scones as well. These were really nice, warm, fresh and plentiful. The only disappointment was the state of... More

Relaxed homely atmosphere, lovely staff and gorgeous food. Fair sized portions so not waistline friendly 😂 Sizzled Chicken followed by the salted caramel cheesecake - recommended. Rhonda, our waitress - lovely, friendly and didn't stop running round from start to finish. The special 3 course deal is an added bonus.

I went with my family for lunch today and the service was so poor. I sat and waited for 15 mins to get my order taken when clearly there was more than enough staff on. Counted 7 staff at one stage and only 10 customers so no excuse. Eventually I was served by a lady who was extremely rude. Food... More

I visited Jack Whites today for lunch with my family and to say I am annoyed and angry is an understatement. My husband was in the car with our baby while he slept and I went in with our two girls under 4. I ordered off the adult menu for myself and one from the under 12's menu and the... More

Decided to stop off here on the way to Wexford. The place looked ok on the outside and welcoming on the inside. We took a seat and helped ourselves to the menus on the desk. The menu was varied but much the same as most pubs these days. My husband had the club sandwich which he said was bland. I... More
