From the outside this restaurant does not look very impressive. It is small and "narrow". However once in and seated the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was really excellent. The dishes on offer were all exciting, well presented and very tasty. The restaurant is well supported so a booking is I feel essential. One small point... More

Travellers and non travellers this sweet little restaurant is a must see. Book ahead as is it very busy. Delicious food, creative menu, Gluten free options and the friendliest of staff as Irish always are anyways. I dined here for a wedding party and was blown away by it all. The staff were very hard working that day. Thank you... More

Was lucky to get a table here on a Saturday evening in January. We saw several people being turned away because the restaurant was full. Service was very inviting so before we tasted anything we had a good feeling about the restaurant. Tasty breads kept us occupied while our starters were being prepared, one soup and one baked goats cheese,... More

On a Top Recommendation from Trip Advisor, this quaint little Restaurant hides a very creative chef, and excellent hard working staff. Manged to fit us in for 90 min (On a Wednesday night in January - the word is out - book ahead) I had a really balanced smoked Haddock Bites dish to start and a divine, a just divine,... More

Visited here on eve of new years eve. Seated promptly and served immediately with beautiful home baked mushroom bread !! Goats cheese, and black pudding starters were to die for. Chicken and lamb steak mains were lovely too. Great service and excellent choice of wine. Well deserved position as number one restaurant in Westport !

This restaurant continues to amaze. We chose this restaurant because of its reputation for fine foods, dining, price, atmosphere. We were not disappointed. This is a must visit restaurant for that special occasion. But then again a visit to the Pantry and Corkscrew is always a special occasion. The welcome was warm friendly and homely. Floor service excellent and price... More

Visited today with a group of 10. Everyone enjoyed their meal. All had starter main and desserts. Highly recommend. Dermott and staff are doing a great job. Serving fresh, locally sourced produce cooked to a very high standard.
