We have never visited Punjabi House as we were a bit put off by how it looked from the outside but having ordered a take away from them and it turning out lovely we decided to give it a go. Its a real old school indian restaurant with the patterned carpet and wallpaper ( like being in a living room)... More

Felt extremely sick and heartburnt after eating only half of the delivery, as well as overpriced. The food was obviously far from being fresh. I dialled this takeaway by mistake when looking for Punjabi on Stockwell lane, which is excellent.

Top class food with very reasonable prices. The Punjabi House consistently comes up trumps. Sadly, that changed tonight. I was short changed by the delivery person. Pity about that.

Very friendly establishment who cook food from scratch. This was recommended to us by a friend when we were travelling through Drogheda. Service was polite and food cooked wishing a reasonable timeframe. My husband had a Lamb dish and I opted for a chicken Balti dish. Mine lacked flavour I like it more punchy where spices really hit the tongue... More

Very hit and miss, we mostly got take away from here and the quality of food had gone down so much. The last take away was so bad we said never again !. Its as if the chef changes all the time, as the same dish can taste so differently depending on the night you order. It used to be... More

Always a good curry and always a freindly service. Not the prettiest place bot who cares when you want a quick nosh with a few beers. Try the mild Madras, it's spot on with garlic nan and Tarka Dall. Bring your own beer and wine....from the excellent Quintisential Wines next door bot one.

Been here 3/4 times. Good Indian food and friendly staff. Prices are just ok maybe slightly overpriced bit you can bring your own beer and wine with no corkage fee. So worth the visit I suppose

Having tried all of the Indian Restaurants in Drogheda I have settled on the Punjabi House as the best. The food is always very tasty and plentyful.
