If you are looking for food but don't want the noise of the pubs, this is the place. It was quiet and elegant. I had the lasagna, and although it wasn;t traditional lasagna like I was used to, it was delicious! Also tried the goat cheese entree. The desserts were phenomenal! Very friendly staff

Had breakfast this morning. It wasn't great as pudding and sausages over cooked and the egg wasn't good either as it was cooked and grilled so much. Probably would be slow to return as quality of breakfast is poor. Good service though

A charming local gathering spot with delicious food and atmosphere. Great for a quick snack or a more hardy meal at lunch or breakfast. In heart of downtown and shopping areas.

This review is based on three recent visits to the Restaurant for Breakfast. The first was in early January 2017 and the Restaurant was quiet and the Breakfast was Very Good and Service Excellent. I was happy with the food and service and in a week or so came back mid week and my Experience on this occasion was OK.... More

We tried the Guinness stew which was very good with large pieces of meat and potatoes in a tasty sauce. Bacon and cabbage and the shepherds pie were also chosen. They were good too. We had a seat by the window on the second floor...we watched some young Irish dancers perform below. Homey atmosphere and good service.

Recent visit with my wife and son for breakfast. I had a a full breakfast and my wife had eggs benedict, both were good and arrived quickly. Service and staff were pretty indifferent. It was relatively quiet when we came in but we're ignored for a while until we eventually just sat down ourselves. Staff weren't rude but I certainly... More

The red façade and beautiful pastries really catch your eye as you walk past this cute little restaurant. The food was very good, but the atmosphere was lovely. A seat next to the 2nd story window looking down at the street scene but still near the fireplace was perfect and the pictures of Irish writers and collection of Antique typewriters... More

From the moment we walked in the door the service was appalling, we were not even acknowledged by the manager who looked at us and then walked up the stairs without so much as a smile. After waiting for 5 mins we then had to ask for menus as the waitress was to busy talking to her friends. We received... More
