Lovely little restaurant that allows you to bring your own wine which is a huge plus in my books! Not only this but the quality of the food for the price is absolutely unbelievable. If I remember correctly we both got a 2 course meal and 2 glasses of wine for about 35-40 euro?! Not to mention the portion sizes... More

The small but popular restaurant is located in the city center. The food is halal and good. Besides authentic Moroccan menu there is a variety of other food. The service is quick and efficient. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I went here two weeks ago with a group of 9 of us, mainly because of the fact it is BYOB and we didn't want to be forking out for wine all night! I had two courses, only €16, and was delighted with the food and portion sizes. I went the following week again with 5 friends as I had... More

We were looking for something quick to eat after a long day. The bar tender at Quay's recommended High Cafe, so we went. If she wouldn't have told us about it we would not have even noticed it. It was so good! Great pricing, great service, menu has a little bit of everything. YOu can order a drink at the... More

Very homely nad pleasan atmosphere, great service and very polite attitude from waiters Hisham and Bran. Food was amasing, fresh and very tasty, top level! Congrats to the Chief Ali! We had a some dining experiences in Galway but the High Cafe was far the best of them.

It is different from all the typical Irish pubs in Galway. It is a modern Moroccan restaurant. It is not expensive. We tried the couscous and the chicken salad. The portions are generous, the wifi is fast and the waiter was helpful.

Went by chance, (passing by) & returned by choice... In the midst of one of the most touristic streets of Galway. The staff was very kind and the food was extremely good. I did not expect to eat great oriental cuisine in Galway (but also pizzas in case).. and fairly priced. Small entrance to the main road so you might... More

First time I've been to High cafe and I will never return. Rudest staff I've ever come across. Wouldn't go back if you paid me.

A huge menu from mediterranean dishes to pizzas. You can share a portion with a friend as each dish is a generous portion. It's great as you can bring your own wine so it cuts the cost of eating out. It's not bring your own beer though. Book in advance for a table.
