We were looking for pizza after a couple of weeks of fish and chips and pies, and were lucky enough to find Café Topolis. They had a wood burning pizza oven, which made it even better. It was very busy for a Tuesday night, and so we were placed in the basement. Not such a great atmosphere...and at times we... More

Have eaten in this restaurant on a previous visit to Dublin and enjoyed this return visit . Staff were friendly and service was good . Food was lovely -one amatriciana and one carbonara -very generous portions which we struggled to finish . Lovely atmosphere in the restaurant . Nice wine . All round a good experience and wouldn't hesitate to... More

The food was delicious, the service was friendly but not overdone and the lighting was spot on. We enjoyed the pizza and would definitely go again.

Restaurant is pleasant and things started well, but ended so badly. 4 people ordered 4 mains but only 3 turn up and when enquired about nothing is done. Truly awful The owner or chef is an idiot.

We had gotten a little tired of the pub food and decided to walk and find something else. Just around the corner from our hotel we spotted this little place and gave it a go. So glad we did. The minestrone soup was delicious. I had fettuccini with beef, peppers, olives and a superb red sauce. The pasta was freshly... More

Stumbled in here to grab a bite to eat and really enjoyed our meal. Started with the wings (randomly) and they were perfectly cooked and fall off the bone. Had risotto for the main course which was very tasty as well. Service was great. Overall, excellent resturant. Fyi: had loads of gluten free options as well.

Description
Located in the heart of the city center, next door to Dublin's City Hall and serves its guests with a wide variety of mouth-watering Italian cuisine.

All of the pizzas at Cafe Topolis are cooked in the traditional wood burning pizza oven. A wood fired pizza oven cooks your pizza better than a normal oven because of the heat it stores in its dense walls.Due to its shape, the oven disperses the heat very evenly which ensure the pizza is perfect when it arrives at your table.

If you're going out for lunch, then you can get a great lunch at Cafe Topolis from €8.95.The early bird menu starts at 3pm and offers a great set meal from €14.95.
