The Palace is a tiny little pub with a small room on the first floor and a small whisky bar on the second floor. They have a great selection of Irish Whisky and the staff are friendly. Their house whisky, in particular the most recent 12 YO Port Cask, is quite nice.

I came just for a quick pint of beer. The inside of bar is so nice. You can just sit and enjoy the interior.

Spent several days visiting the Palace, it has great old world Dublin charm and especially on Christmas Eve the atmosphere was fantastic with people dropping after getting theirs last presents and having a few libations. If you want real Dublin old charm go to the Palace

This pub is probably the same as its always been. Worth a pint just to see the bar and the whiskey collection

This pub is a long hall ending in a large room at the end with plenty of seating. The room has a glass skylight worth a look. The pub is very Victorian with wood panelling and lots of glass. The stout and the beer well kept. The service friendly and quick even when busy. Clean, warm and comfortable. We visited... More

The Palace is one of the pubs that just feel right. The location is perfect on the edge of the Temple Bar. No BS, just genuine Irish early evening entertainment.

This bar is a typical Dublin bar. Expect speedy service, moderately prices adult beverages. The people are friendly and welcoming but can also be very loud and rowdy. Prepare to have drink and be merry!

Spent a somewhat memorable evening in The Palace Bar where I immediately met some of the local denizens and proceeded to close the place up. Great stuff.
