As good a restaurant as I have ever eaten at,NYC has nothing on this exquisite place. We opted for the pricey(but worth it) 8 course,8 wine dinner.Tucked away in the Merrion Hotel(not a hotel property) this restaurant delivers class in spades.

This was a special treat at the end of our holiday and it was wonderful. The food was delicious, as befit its Michelin rating, and the service was more than exceptional.

This is our second time dining at Patrick Guilbaud. It was difficult securing reservations but well worth the effort. This is a truly extraordinary restaurant. All of the dishes are extremely creative, delicious and beautifully served. Wine list is extremely comprehensive. And the wait staff...More

Have been missing getting a Table for a few months and was delighted to get a Table in July 8th. The restaurant has been refurbished and it is looking splendid, and we were treated like long lost friends. As is without fail the food was...More

had a wonderful private lunch here (so not main dining room, in case that matters)...menu is diverse, service is impeccable but not overbearing e.g. one of the wait staff was waiting to tell us what the amuse bouche was, but as the guests were wrapt...More

We booked well in advance as certainly in Summer it's a full house. Irish contemporary food served with a French touch. Beautiful environment. The service is excellent and with a touch of French humour makes for a great evening. A not to be missed meal...More

Beautiful food well presented. Attentive staff and nice chat with Stephan. The restaurant has been operating since 1981 through good and not so good times but the quality shines through.

After a fabulous dinner at Atelier Robuchon in Paris, this restaurant seems like just an average restaurant with bad food.

We had a lovely evening and an amazing meal at Patrick Gilbaud. Our meal was what one expects from a Michelin-rated restaurant and the wine recommendation was perfect. We very much enjoyed our company without feeling rushed by the staff, which is very important to...More

The best restaurant we have ever dined in. The service and food were out of this world. The attention to detail was outstanding. Could not have asked for a better evening. One of the owners visited our table multiple times and was very interested in...More

I´ve only dined at the restaurant once, and then I saw people with everything from suits to denim. It´s fine dining so I will not recommend jeans, but if you must then at least wear dark ones and a shirt. Enjoy your visit :)
