Recommended by some friends for a drink before and after visiting a nearby restaurant. Staff very helpful providing samples of the huge range of ales available and also recommending some wonderful Irish whiskeys. A great way to start and finish an evening in Dublin!

Against the Grain has a wide selection of craft beers. We all ordered the same dish... fish n chips. The fish was extremely fresh (haddock) and the fries were excellent. Also a wide selection of craft beers.

The selection can be overwhelming but the staff are really friendly and there’s plenty of board games to keep you amused!

Vast array of beers and whiskeys, good food and great for a shindig - as far as I know they still take bookings. The bar gets crowded but the service tips away so never waiting too long. In typical Galway Bay fashion they have board...More

Called in for dinner. What an amazing range of beers and whiskeys to choose from. Bay company Old Red ale was good, the Smokey bacon beer not to my liking, but definitely Smokey bacon and a grapefruit beer that you could drink until you fell...More
