Service was poor, food was disappointing and the price for wine is ridiculous ..........2 glasses of a very ordinary Rose were 21 euro........ No plans to return

We had to queue for a table, even though we could see lots of available tables. Service was slow to take our order. I had to ask three different staff to get glass of water. I had to call for staff to take our order and to pay our bill. The food was lovely, but the entire experience was frustrating,... More

Loved my meal and the atmosphere was great. A perfect location right in the centre of town. Very festive too!

My first visit to Browns at Brown Thomas since the change the store layout. Must say I preferred the old Browns but things change and it's bigger and has a lot more seats. The coffee was great, the staff are fantastic and the menu has lots of options if you're hungry. Well worth a visit, you will enjoy.

Frequently come in here for lunch. It is downstairs beside menswear. Very good fruit scones and Reubens sandwich is excellent... On morning I even heard the staff in the menswear department all discussing how good it was. Service is pleasant and speedy even when busy. Mostly frequented by women and one more than one occasion my wife has made the... More

Went here for tea one afternoon between us we got a lovely selection of cakes and teas . Nice speedy service . It's a little tight for space but I would allow for the fact it's in a department store.

Seriously need a change in the attitude of your staff. The girl took the order was so grumpy that I almost called the manager. I visit these places for the experience. Costa Coffee and pecan pie tastes far better and much cheaper. But came here for the experience and it was bad. Never again. Next time when I visit the... More

This is in the lower ground floor of the Grafton Street icon that is Brown Thomas (or BTs to some). It tries hard and up to a point succeeds but in the end it misses the point which is to provide a fresh and varied selection of tasty bites to the shoppers among us who, on the basis of the... More
